First-year internship applications are open

Our first intern cohort starts this summer. If you're in first year and unusually good, we'd rather have you at a desk now than in a queue for three years.

Most internship programs in this industry are built for penultimate students. The logic is understandable, and we think it's wrong. The habits that make someone great at this work, curiosity with follow-through, comfort with being wrong in public, the instinct to measure, show up in first year or they don't. Waiting two years to find out helps nobody.

So we're opening our internship to first-year students in engineering, computer science, commerce and mathematics. Here's the deal, plainly:

Because we're a young firm, this cohort is small and the access is real. You will not be the fourteenth intern on a floor of hundreds; you'll be one of the first people through the door, working next to the people who started the firm. Your project won't be an exercise, it will be something we actually needed built.

What we look for

Evidence that you build or solve things without being asked: a competition result, a project, a proof, a program. Marks matter less than method. If you've never touched a market before, that's fine, we mark reasoning, not vocabulary.

Not ready to apply yet? The mentorship program runs both online and onsite, twelve weeks with a free assessment, and it's the most common path into this internship.

Applications are open now. Every application is read by a human, and every applicant gets an answer.
