Most firms make first-years wait. We don't. If you are in your first year of engineering, computer science, commerce or mathematics and you are unusually good, we want you at a desk now, on real problems, with a mentor who reads your work line by line.
What the program looks like
- Paid internship over the summer or winter break, in the Sydney office
- A real project that ships, not shadow work: a backtest, a tool, a measurement
- One mentor from the desk, weekly reviews of your actual output
- Rotation across trading, research and engineering so you see the whole loop
- Strong interns get a return offer for the following year
Who should apply
- First-year students in engineering, computer science, commerce or mathematics
- Evidence you build or solve things without being asked: competitions, projects, proofs
- Comfort with being wrong in public and fixing it fast
Not ready to intern yet? Our mentorship program runs both online and onsite, twelve weeks with a free assessment, and is the most common path into this internship.
