The mentorship program runs online and onsite

Twelve weeks, one mentor, a free assessment to get in, and now two ways to attend.

When we designed the mentorship program, we made one promise to ourselves: the thing being reviewed would always be the student's actual work. Not a curriculum, not a video series, your maths, your code, your models, marked the way we mark each other's.

Geography shouldn't decide who gets that. So the program now runs in two modes, and you choose per session:

Everything else is unchanged: six one-on-ones across the term, one piece of real work reviewed line by line between each, the reading list we actually use, and mock interviews before recruiting season. Strong participants get a direct line to the first-year internship.

Who it's for

First-year university students in engineering, computer science, commerce or mathematics. Entry is by a free assessment, and we mark it the way we mark everything: method over result.

The next term is filling now. The assessment is free and takes one sitting.
